Mandy Keeping
Originally from Newfoundland and now based in Toronto, Canada, Mandy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on photography and printmaking. Since moving to Toronto she has taken a behind-the-scenes role in photography, honing her skills in post-production and retouching work. However during this time she has also worked as a second-shooter and with various bands photographing live shows and working on album artwork & design.
2011 finds her focus shifting back to her personal work along with her first foray into DSLR filmmaking, documenting the band northamorica during the recording sessions of their upcoming album. She has two upcoming photography exhibits this spring, a group show for Contact Festival, as well as her first solo Toronto show.
